The Leadership Empowerment through Achieving your Potential (LEAP) Programme: The Business Case

We’re proud to say that our transformational Leadership Empowerment through Achieving your Potential Programme (LEAP), which has won a HPMA HR excellence award, has had a significant impact on NHS staff, in Trusts where it has been delivered.

Have a look at some of the data that we’ve collected: Happiness at work, Empowerment, Motivation, Resilience, Leadership skills and even Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) representation at management levels have seen a positive increase.

The LEAP Business Case

We have also managed to collate testimonials from our clients, as well as some of the participants on the LEAP. As can be seen, the combination of expert coaching, psychological insight, personality profiling and time to develop, reflect on and plan one’s future has had an incredible impact.

The LEAP Testimonials

As we continue to deliver our award-winning LEAP, across the UK, we hope to keep seeing similar results. It is evaluation data like this which reinforces and reaffirms Glow at Work’s mission:

“Our mission is to empower people from within and transform organisations, in order to help the working population achieve more meaningful, satisfying and glowing careers. In doing so, we believe we can also have a positive impact on other areas of people’s lives, helping to achieve a society with a better quality of life.  Hence, we are serving a purpose that is greater than ourselves by building strong collaborative partnerships in order to effectively meet this very important objective.”

Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding this data.

Keep glowing,

The Glow at work team.
